| I want every call you
make on my ebay items to be a good call, and for you to have a
satisfactory experience. And that is why I work extra hard to bring
you only items that are of the up most quality and authenticity. I
buy, sell, trade and barter for stuff, and in some cases it costs me more in time and gas to hunt
down these items than they are really worth. But I bring them to you
with the up most confidence that the quality and authenticity are
there. In most cases I am unable to get a COA (certificate of
authenticity) on an item I am offering because I obtained the
item in person, from another seller, cost to get a COA was to costly, or other
factors that would make an item to expensive to list on ebay. Not
much I can do about that except give you my word that these items
are authentic from information I gathered from the seller, and that I did
research and comparison
checks to the best of my abilities on autographs with known autographs before offering them
to you.
It is not in my place, nor in my nature to rob others of

. I encourage all to do so before buying any autograph. If you
used PSA/DNA Quick Opinion and find an autograph I have listed come
back as more than likely not real, then I would to love hear from
you so we can go over the results together. If determined to be a
fake, then I will end that auction and not relist that autograph.
Once purchased though, it is out of my hands and I can not offer a
refund. Do your home work first before placing bids.
Before you place a bid on any of my items I implore you to do
your home work since I do not offer refunds. By placing a bid on my
items you are committing to a legal contract to purchase my items
unconditionally and as is. After auction closes all payments are
due with in 7 days. After which time legal action may be sought,
and ebay will be notified of such failure to make payment. I
have been burned one to many times and it gets real costly, not to
mention the poor person who also was bidding on the item and lost
out to a real loser who doesn't pay!
If you are the winning bidder and for some unforeseen reason you
can't pay for the item, please, please, please contact me so
that I can open a case with ebay and have both of us agree to
close the auction without you getting any bad marks with ebay.
Sometimes things happen in our life that we have absolutely no
control over, and I am more than willing to work with you, but only
if you contact me right away.
With ebay being a hot
spot for criminal activity it is up to all of us to do our own
research and to help put a stop to internet fraud. I am a victim of
internet fraud on eBay, but fortunately I didn't lose much money. But as one should, I learned from my mistakes and I
am now an avid hunter for ebay scams in which I expose them for
what they really are. We all need to do our part to make ebay a safer place
to do business.
Shipping and handling I try to keep free, but in rare cases I do
ask for a shipping and handling charge due to the weight of an item
or items or for some other reason. If you purchase fine silver, gold, jewelry, or precious
stones from me, your shipment will automatically be sent
by "Signature Confirmation" priority mail. Takes about 3-4
days for delivery.
Pricing on my items may vary, but I do work hard to keep them as
low as possible. I want to make a dollar or two, but not at your
expense. And that is why I do pricing research on all my products
before offering them to you. Also if I have extra goodies
laying around, I toss them in with your orders at no extra charge.
